FOR TAKES ERRONEOUSLY PAID.
tor .AS, it appears that Groover -Stewart Investment
Corporation paid City taxes for the Year 1925 in the amount
of :;r450.00 on Lots 17, 18, and. 19, Block 44, City -of Miami
North as evidenced by Tax Receipt No. 18348 dated April 5th,
1926, and
ezn March 30th, 1925, the City of Miami sold
to Groover -Stewart investment Corporation the property
described above to which said property the City of Miami
held title d rix ; the year 1925 prior to I,:arch 30th, and
rilE L, it is equitable that Groover -Stewart Invest-
ment Corporation be reimbursed for taxes paid for thc.t period
of the year i;rior to March 30th, 1923,
