BE IT RESOLVED BY THE DOIISSIOIS OF THE CITY OF MIMI:
Section 1. That the City Manager be, and he is
hereby, authorized and d.ireete& to acquire by purchase,
for awl on behalf of the City of Miami, Lot 47, Mary
Frickellt s Sub -division to be used for street purposes
and to pay for same upon receipt of a warranty deed
shovrinz good and marketable title the sum of 15,000.00
Section 2. That the said sum of 1.5,000.00 is
