A RES0IUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQrs•momIT BY
EMINENT DOMAIN FORSTItEET PURPOSES OF THE CITY
or LOEALSI OF TIC' PROPERTY IN SAID CITY HERE-
INAIVER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS it is necessary that the City of Miami acquire for
street purposes the following described property, located in the
City of Miami, County of Dade and State of Florida, to -wit:
Beginning at a point fifteen (15) feet North and Six
hundred. fifty (650) feet East of the Southwest corner
of Section nineteen (19), Township fifty-three (53)
South, Range forty-two (42) East, as a point of begin-
ning; running thence North a distance of 198.88 feet
to a point; running thence East a distance of 27.039
feet to a point; running thence Southerly a distance
of 200.5 feet more or less, to a point 2.8594 feet
East of the point of beginning; running thence West
a distance of 2.8594 feet to the point or place of
beginning.
The above and foregoing iescribed property is neoessary and. should
Le acquired by the City of Miami for street yurposee.
