A RESOLUTION AUFSORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ACQUIRE FOR AND ON BEHAtP OF THE CITY
OF MUM C1TAIN PROPERTY DESORIB= HEREIN
TO BE 'USED FOR SITE FOR FIRE STATION AT
LITTLE RIVER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE OMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That the City Manager be, andhe is hereby, authorize&
and directed to acquire by purchase, for and on behalf of the
City of Mimi, the following describe& property, to -wit:
Lots One (1), Two (2) and. Three (3), of
Blocks Thirty (30), of Little River Gardens,
as said subdivision ic filed for record in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for Dade County, Florida,
to be used for site for fire station at Little River, and to
pay for same uron receipt of a uarranty deed showing good and
marhetable title the sum of ''18,000.00.
