TO PURCHASE FOR .AID OIT BEHALF OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI CERTAIN PROPMT IES DESCRIBED HERE-
IN FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPENING AT D WIDENING
N.E. 3RD AVENUE AND TO PAY FOR SALT THE
PRICES SET FOREi '1a• IR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE c01.l;2SSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed to acquire by purchase, for and on behalf ofthe City of
Miami, to be used for street purposes in the opening and widening
of I?.E. 3rd Avenue, the following described properties, and tay
for same the amount set opposite the respective descriptions, to -wit:

(a).
All that part of Lot One (1) of Block
Two (2) of 1:',AYOTTITE SUBDIVISION, accord-
ing to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 2, Page 35, Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, more particularly
described as follows, to -wit: Begin at
the southeast corner of said lot; thence
