TO ACQuIdE FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
OF EaAlla THE PROPERTYHEREIN DESCRIBED FOR
AN APPROACH TO THE. PROPOSED N. W. 12TH
AVENUE BRIDGE.
WIN* Joseph H. Rothar, agent for Englar Eatate,
has aEreed to convey to the City of Miami, for the non of
.10,000.00 certain property hereinafter described to be
used for an approach to the proposed N.W. 12th Avenue
79rtdre upon condition that said bridge is completed within
three years from date of agreement of sale and upon further
condition that in the event the said bridge is not completed
within the time aforesaid, that the 40,000.00 co paid shall
be retained as rental for said. land and the deed Ehall become
null and void,
ITOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE comasszor OF THE
CITY OF E2A77I: That the City Lanager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to aco_uire for and on behalf of the
