Section 1. 'rbat the City Manager be, and be ie bereb7,
authorised to make or cause to be made necessary aiteratiood
to the two story concrete building situated ou Lots 7 and 8,
Block 1, Central Addition to Buena Vista to allow for widen•
ing of North 36th Street.
Section E. That said sac of $5,000.00 is hereby appro-
priated from Street widening Bond Fund for the purpose afore-
said.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 88 th day of June, A. D. 1926.
