A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REFUND OF
42.00 r0R TAXES ERRONEOUSLY PAID ON
LOTS 59 AND 92, UTCPIA.
BE IT RESOLVED •BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF J4I:
That the Director of Finance be, and he is hereby
authorized and direoted to refund to the Mimi Bank &
Trust Company the sum of 242.00 for taxes erroneously
paid. on Lots 69 and 92, Utopia as evidenced by Tax
Receipt of Coconut Grove District No. 105:3.
