A RESOLUTION CANCELLING DERTAIIT
PAVING ASSESSMENTS AGAINST SOUTH
30' Efr LOT 4, POWELL & MCDONALD'S
WAREHOUSE SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami purchased from Hirsch, Faith
Harrison Company for street purposes the North 50' of Lots 3
and 4 of Powell & MCDonald's Warehouse Subdivision, and
WHEREAS it was agreed at the time of such purchase that
the City was not to assess any cost of improvements of the
street to be constructed over the property so purchased against
the property of Hirsth, Pauth, Harrison Company abutting such
street, and.
UHERELS, it appears there has been inadvertently assessed
acainst said property of Hiruch, Fauth, Harrison Company the
sum of :t.)16.18 for paving and .158.06 for paving,
"Tn, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CO2.7.7ISSIO:7 OF TEE
C1"7" OF 777=7: That the paving assessment in the amount of
:g16.16, certified. February '.3rd, 1S'46, and the paving assess-
ment in the amount of 0158.06, certified June 1Gth, 1926.
