ASSESSMEUT ROLL FOR SINER IMFROVELTVT 106.
WIL2,EAS, the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, met
on the 26th day of June, 1926, pursuant to due legal notice of
said meeting under Section 56, City Charter, to hear all written
objections to the confirmation of the preliminary assessment roll
for the cost of work in Sewer Improvement District 106, and
WHEREAS, no objection thereto was sustainea, and the said
assessment roll appearing in all respects regular and in accordance
with the requirements and provisions of the City Charter,
