BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CCI:ISSION OF THE CITY OF MLAJtl:
That in consideration of the Central Christian Church
conveyin6 to the City of Muni for street purposes the West 15
feet of Lot 14, Block 1, Bird's Subdivision and in further con-
sidcration that said Central Christian Church makinE all neces-
sary alteratj.ons to the buildinG located on said lot, the Di-
rector of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to pay to
said Central Christian Church the svm of 40,000.00.
