A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO PURCHASE
FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF MAUI CERTAIN PROPER-
TY DESCRIBED UREIN FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPENING AND WI -
DING N. E. 3RD AVENUE AND TO PAY FOR SAME THE PRICE
SET FORTH HEREIN AND TO ALLOW CERTAIN ATTORNEY'S FEES
IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF SAID PROPERTY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
Section 1. That the City Manager be, and he is here-
by, authorized and directed to acquire by purchase, for and on
behalf oi the City of Miami, to be used for street purposes in
the opening and widening of N. E. 3rd Avenue, the following de-
scribed property and pay for same the sum of )82,500.00 and to
allow in connection therewith attorney's fees in the amount of
0.,000.00:
Lot Thirty -Seven (37) of BAE:ER'S PAM,
an addition to the City of Miami, Flori-
da, according to the plat thereof record-
ed in Plat Book 2, Page 53, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
Section 2. That the house located on the above de-
scribed propert:: is not included in this purchase, and is to
belonc to and be removed by the saia. Percy ThreadEill.
