A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF $150.00
TO J. LEE JOItITSON & ANNIE R. JOHNSON, HIS WIFE,
FOR CERTAIN STRIP OF LAND HEREIN DESCRIBTD.,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COL MISSION OF THE CITY OF i:IIAMI :
That the Director of Finance be, and he is hereby, author-
ized and directed to pay to J. Lee Johnson and Annie R. Johnson.,
his wife, the sum of g150.0O for the following described property
to -wit:
A strip of lend CO feet in width off of the
South side of the following described piece
or parcel of land: East half (BO of SW
of SE of SE- of Section 21, Township 53.
South; Range-4.1 East, Dade County, Florida,
to be used as right-of-wa: for ,eater pipe line, chid sure to be
charged to the rater Supply -on•d Fund.

AA per your request, we give below
information necessary to secure resolution of
the Commission authorizing the payment of
$150.00 for settlement as follows:
Po a strip of land 20 feet in width off of
the South side of the following described piece
or parcel of land: East half (E*) of SW* of
SE* of SR* of Section 21, Township 53 South,
Range 41 East, Dade County, Florida. Right-
of-way for pipe line.
This property was purchased in connection with
easement for right-of-way for pipe line on
36th Street. As authorized by you, payment was
made as requested by Director of Public Service
to Worth Trammell, Attorney for J. Lee Johnson
& Annie R. Johnson, his wife.
