That the Director of Finance be, and he is hereby, author-
ized and directed to pay to J. W. Usher the slam of $500.00 for
a portion of lots 1 and 2, Block 3, Devonshire Park to be use&
in widening N.W. 3Gth Street upon receipt of Deed of Dedication,
said alm to be paid from street widening bond fund.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of June, A. D. 1926.
