tion of sewers on N. E. 2nd Avenue from 79th to 80th Streets, it
appears that J. J. 2uinn Company submitted the lowest and best
bid for the work,
TEEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COILISSION CT THE CITY

Section 1. ..hat the bid of J. J. Quinn Company for construe
tion of sewer- on N.E, 2nd Avenue from 79th to 80th Streets et and
for the unit prices set forth in their bid, be, and the same is
hereby, accepted and contract for the work is hereby awarded to
said J. J. ,uinn Company.
Section 2. ',That the City ::enaEer be, and he is hereby, auth-
orized and lirected to execute, for and on behalf of the City of
contract with said J. J. uinn Comna/v for the said work
according to the plans and specifications.
