313-B, designated Contract Pv-79, it appears that the bid of R.
G. Lassiter Company is the lowest and best bid for the work,
NOW, THERHTORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TiE COMZISSION OF THE CITY
Section 1. That the bid of R. G. Lassiter Company for the
construction of caving In Hightly Improvement Districts 313, 313A
and 3133 at and for the unit rices set forth in their proposal
received June 7th, 1923, be, z.:nc7. the same is hereby, accepted
and contret for the work, desinated Contract Pv-79, is hereby
awarded to 3.. Lassiter Company.
