A R.SOLUTI011 AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER '10 PURCHASE
FOR ..AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF MIAMI CERTAIN PHD PERT!
DESCRIBED HEREIN FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPENING AND WIDENING
N. E..3RD AVENUE AND TO PAY FOR SAME THE PRICK SET FORTH
HEREIN AND TO ALLOW CERTAIN ATTORNEY' S PEES IN CONNECTION
WITH THE PURCHASE OF SAID PROPERTY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COLDIISSION OF THE CITY OP Lr AMI:
Section 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to acquire by purchase, for and on behalf
of the City of iliami, to be used for street purposes in the open-
ing and widening of N. E. 3rd Avenue, the following described prop-
erty and pay for same the sum of 457,500.00 and to allow in connec-
tion therewith attorney's fees in the amount of 41,000.00:
The Wrest Thirty-six (36) feet of Lot
Nine (2) of Block glen (10) of BROAD-
!. O0t: UBDIVISI OI: , an addition to the
City of I.:iami, !!'lorida, according to
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2,
Page 37 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
section 2. That the house situated on the above described
property is not included in this purchase and is to belong to the
vendor and shall be removed at his expense.
PASSED AID ADOPTED this 14th day of June, A. D. 1926.
