The last tract of land above described as leased
and demised, constitutes the Borth twenty-five (25)
feet of o tract of land described. as follows: _
All that certain tract, piece or par-
cel of land situated in the City of Miami,
Dade County, 'Florida, particularly bounded.
and described as follows:
Commencing on the east side of Avenue D
(now known as t;outh Miami avenue) at a point
one hundred and sixty (160) feet south of
a stake at the northwest corner of what is

the termination of the rental period herein and here-
by created.
The le~see in executing' this instrument, obligates
and binds itself not to violate any of the covenants
contained in the ninety-nine year lease under which the
lessor claims title, or any covenant contained in any
former lease imposin;, upon the lessors any duty in re-
gard to the use and occupation of said premises.
It is e;cpressly agreed and understood as an essen-
_ial part of the consideration for this lease, that the
lessee will extend the street designated on said plat as
7tS.E. 4th Street" continuously from South i.Iiami Avenue
to 6.E. First Avenue for the full width of fifty (50)
feet and that the lessee will extend the street desig-
nated as "3.E. 3rd Street', on said plat, continuously
from South L iami _venue to S.L. First Avenue for the full
width of forty (40) feet, and that the Lessee will acquire
the necessary propertT by condemnation or otherwise to
make the extensions aforesaid.
