VIF.,TAS, upon tabulation of bid.s received June Yth_ 1926, for
the construction of sidewalks in Sidewalk Improvement Districts
65 and 66, it appears that Morgan -Hill Paving Company submitted the
larrest and best bid. for the work,
TT-17M:FORE, BE IT RSOLVED BY TI COLliISSION OF TiM CITY
OF LaALIT:
Section 1.. That the bid of Morgan -I -all Paving Company for
construction of 2 idewalks in Sidewalk Improvement Districts 65 and
65 a t and for the unit prices set forth in their bid. received June
7th, 1926, be, and the same is hcJreby, accepted and contract for
the work awarded to said i'aving Company.
Section 2. ?hat the City 2:,anager be, and he is hereby, auth-
oriL;ed and directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City of
Miami, contract 7.,:ith said i.Lorgan-Hill 2.evinp: Company for the said
•,7ork according to the plan2 and rpeeifications.
Section S. -hdt the City Clerk is hereby directed to return
certified checks n d bid. bonds to the unsuccessful bidders.
