A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TWA BID ar AND AWARDING CO ACT
TO J. L. KMULPY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR SEWER COI RUC-
TION IN DISTRICTS SR-191 AND SR-193 AND AUTHORIZING THE
EECUTION OF SAID =TRACT, DESIGNATED SR-73.
WHEREAS, upon tabulation of bids received June 7th, 1926,
for the construction of sewers in Sewer Improvement Districts 191
and 193, designated. Contract Sr-73, it appears that J. L. Kelley
Construotion Company submitted the lowest and. best bid. for the
work,
NOW, Ti=FORE, BE IT RESOLVM BY TIM COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI:
Section 1. That the bid of J. L. Kelley Construction Company
for construction of sewers in Sewer Improvement Districts 191 and
193 at and for the unit prices set forth in their bid. received
June 7th, 1926, be, and the same is hereby, accepted and contract
for the work, designated Contract Sr-73 is hereby awarded to said
J. L. Kelley Construction Company.
Section 2. Yhit the City Manager be, and he is hereby, auth-
orized. E nd directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City of
contract with said J. L. Kelley Construction Company for
the said. work according to the plans and specifications,
Section 3. '2:hat the City Clerk is hereby directed to return
certified checks and bid bonds to the unsuccessful bidders.
