CONTRACT TO T. B. NOGAHEY PAYING 00112ALTY FOR
STREET PAVING IN DISTRICT ID-310A AND AMMORIZLIG
THE EZECUTION OF c'AID OOITT7OT, DESIGNATED PV-77.
WHEREAS, upon tabulation of bids received June 7th, 1926,
for street paving in Highway Improvement District 310A, desig-
nated Contract Pv-77, it appears that the bid of T. B. McGahey
Paving Company is the lowest and best bid for the work,
NOW, TIPLEnFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMSSION OP CITY
OF MIALI:
Section 1. That the bid of T. B. MoGahey Paving Company
for the construction of paving in Highway Improvement Disttict
310A at and for the unit prioes set forth in their proposal re-
ceived June 7th, 1926, be, and the same is hereby, accepted and
contract for the work, designated Contract 2v-77, is hereby a-
warded to said T. 3. 1,:cGahey Paving Company.
Section 2. That the City 1.:enager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City of ;liami,
contract with said T. B. LeGahey Paving Company for the said work
according to the olans and specifications.
L,ection 3. 2hat the City Clerk is hereby directed to return
certified checknd Lid bonds to the unsuccessful bidders.
