LEGAL SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH CITY TRAFFIC COM-
MISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY 0P MIAMI:
That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and Hdi»
rested to issiena City Warrant in favor of Earl Knox Gartner,
Attorney, Nashington, D. C., in the amount of $600.00, for legal
services rendered the City Traffic Commission in Washington.
PASSED AND :ADOPTED this 14th day of June, A. D. 1926.

We are attaching a bill for legal services of Mr.
Karl Knox Gartner of Washington, wham are employed at,
the time of the congestion last fall to assist us in
handling the matter personally rlith the Interstate
Commerce Commission in Washington. This bill became
misplaced in our files, and was not sent in sooner.
Kindly have voucher sent to Mr. Gartner, as this
account has been outstanding some time,
