A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT
ROLLS FOR SIOr:.tt IMPROVEMENTS 146-A, 148, 149, 150,
151, 156, 158, 159 A1tD 163.
:'1HEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, met
on the 14th day of June, 1926, pprauant to due legal notice of. •
said meeting under Section 56, City Charter, to hear all written
objections to the confirmation of the preliminary assessment rolls
for the cost of work in Sewer Improvement Districts 146A, 148,
150, 151, 156, 158, 159 and 163, and
WHEREAS, no objection thereto was sustained, and the said
assessment rolls appearing in all respects regular and in accord-
ance with the requirements and provisions of the City Charter,,
NOW, THER7T+'01 , BE IT RESOLVED BY TIE 00I11ISS10N OF THE QTY
OI' Li ALiI:
1. That the prima facie assessments, as apportioned and in-
dicated in said preliminary assessment rolls be, and they are here-
by, in all things, confirmed and sustained against any and all lots
or parcels of ground described therein.
2. That the sums and amounts assessed against each of the
lots or parcels of ground in said preliminary assessment rolls are
less than the amount that each of said lots or parcels of ground
is specially benefitted by said improvement and that such amounts
are in uroiiortion to the special benefits that the property re-
ceived anu that the proportion of said costs to be paid by the
Cit;,' of L ierni on &ecount of ....iz.hway Intersections is the sum set
forth opposite the same therein.
