A RESOLUT ON CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION ORDERING
SANITARY LATERAL IMPROVEMENT NO. 18.
, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00 o'clock
P. M., June 14th, 1926, after legal notioe, heard all Objections
presented by interested persons to the confirmation of the resolu-
tion ordering Sanitary; Sewer Improvement No. 18, and the plans,
specifications and estimate of cost thereof, and no objection was
sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COIMISSION OF THE CITY
0? MIAUI: That Resolution No. 2720, adopted ',jay 24th, 1926, order
ing Sanitary Lateral Improvement No. 18 be, and the same is hereby,
confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June . D. 1926.
