RESOLUTION NO. 2761.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO PURCHASE
FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF MIAMI CERTAIN PROPER-
TIES DESCRIBED MEIN FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPENING AND
WIDENING U.E. 3RD AVENUE AND TO PAY FOR SAME THE PRICES
SET FORTH 1tER3IN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MAUI:
That the City laanager be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed to acquire by purchase, for and on behalf of the City of
Miami to be used for street purposes in the opening and widening
of N.E. 3rd Avenue, the following described properties and pay
for same the amount set opposite the respective descriptions
wit:
(a). A part of Lot 32 of Buena Vista
Biscayne Badger Club Company's Sub-
division, an addition to the City of
Liiami, Florida, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page
115, of the Public Reoords of Dade
County, Florida, which part is more
particulart7 described as follows:
Commencin.-7 at the Southeast corner
of said Lot 32, as a point of begin-
ninF7, thence *::est along the South
line of said lot a distance of 34.109
feet to a point; runnine7 thence North-
easterry LI distance of 112.879 feet
more or less to a point on the North
line of said lot, which point is
19.876 feet 'fIest of the Northeast cor-
ner thereof; running thence East along
the 1Torth line of said lot u distance
of 19.8713 feet to the :ortheust confer
thereof; runnin.7 thence :Jouth a dis-
tance of 11 feet more or less, to the
