A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF AND AWARDING
CONTRACT TO JOHN J. QUINN CO2!PANY FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF SEWERS IN DISTRICT SR-201.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE comusarag- OF THE CITY OF LIIAUI:
Section 1. That the bid of John J. quinn Company for the
oonstruotion of Sanitary Sewers in Distriot 201 at and for the
price of $1,834.80 be, and. the same is hereby, aoctepted.
Section 2. That the City Uansger be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City
of Miami contract with said John J. Quinn Company for the work.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of June,A. D. 19260
