A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT
ROLL FOR SEWER IMPROVEMENT 60A.
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida,
met on the 7th day of June, 1926, pursuant to due legal uotioe
of said meeting under Section 56, City Charter, to hear all
written objeotions to the oonfirmation of the preliminary
assessment roll for The cost of work in Sewer Irmprovement Die
trict 60-A, and
WHEREAS, no objection thereto was sustained, and the said
assessment roll appearing in all respects regular and in ao-
cordanoe with the requirements and provisions of the City Charter,
NOW, THEREFORE,', BE IT RESOLVE) BY THE COILLISSION OF THE CITY
OF LaALII:
1. That the prima facie assessments, as apportioned and.
indicated in said preliminary assessment roll be, and they are
hereby, in all thins, 'confirmed and. sustained against any and
all lots or parcels of ground described therein.
2. That the suns and amounts assessed against each of the
lots or parcels of ground. in said. preliminary assessment roll
are less than the amount that each of said lots or parcels of
ground is specially benefitted by said improvement and. that
uch amounts are in proportion to the special benefits that the
property received and that the oroportion of said costs to be
paid by the said City of 14arn1 on account of highway intersec-
tions is the sum set forth opposite the same therein.
3. 1 hat the total cost of the said improvement in the sum
of ;13"6-,912.21 be, and the same is hereby, approved and confirmed.
