A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUIREMENT BY EMINENT DO- MAIN FOR STREET PURPOSES OF THE CITY OF MIAMI OF THE PROP- ERTY IN SAID CITY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED. WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Miami aoquire for street purposes the following described property, located in the City of Miami, County of Dade, State of Florida, to -wit: - Beginning at a point on the East right-of-way line of the Florida East Coast Railway where the North property line of Northwest Ninth Street produced West interseots it, run West on said North property line produced 100 feet more or less to the West right-of-way line of the Florida East Coast Railway. Thence south along the said West right-of-way line fifty (50) feet to the South line of Ninth Street produced; thence East along said South line produced 100 feet to the East right-of-way line of said Florida East Coast Railway.
