STATES MORTGAGE 8c TiW T COMPANY, NEW YORK CITY, AS
THE PLACE OF PAYMENT OF THE PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST
UPON THE CITY OF MIAMI $600,000.00 BOND ANTICIPATION
NOTES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COLiMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That the place of payment of the principal and interest of
the Five Hundred Thousand (500,000.00) Dollar City of Mimi Bond
Anticipation Notes at the United States Mortgage 8: Trust Company,
in the City of New York, be, and the same is hereby, confirmed
and ratified.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 31st day of May, A. D. 1926.
