ECEIVO) ANL'
I have your letter of May 7th, addressed to the City
COMMISOiM, reTlesting that the owners of the following property:
Lot 1, Block 81, Lawrence Estate, and Lots 1, 2 and 3, of Block
80, Lawrence Esthte, be permitted to arcade over the sidewalks.
The best way to handle this would be for the City to
quitclaim back to you, and then for you to give back Deeds of
Dedication, reserving the right to arcade over the sidewalk.
If you will have quitclaim deeds drawn for the City to
sign, and then Deeds of Dedication prepared, I will hhve the City
Commission pass the necessary resolution to put this exchange in
effect.
HOE
Very truly yours,
F. H. hhrton,
aty Lianftger.
