RE6OLUTION NO. 2739.
A REOLUTION CONFIRMING THE PRELIEINX:iY A'062;6814ENT
ROLLS FOR :DIDEALK IiiiPROVEiiENT6 55, 56 AND 57.
:;HEI-BAb, the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida,
met on the 31st day of May, 1926, pursuant to the notice of
said meeting under 6ection 56, City Charter, to hear all
written objections to the confirmation of the preliminary
assessment rolls for the cost of work in Sidewalk Improvement
Districts 55, 56 and 57, and.
VICHERIJA, no objection thereto was sustained, and the
said assessment rolls appearing in all respects regular and
in accordance with the requirements and provisions of the City
Charter,

CITY OF
I: That the prima facie assessments, as ap)ortioned and
indicated in said preliminary assessment rolls be, and they
are hereby, in all things, col,firmed and sustained against any
and all lots or parcels of ground described therein.
2: 'Mat the sums and amounts aA'ainst each of the lots or
parcels of ground in si preliminary assessment rolls are less
than the amount that each of said lots or parcels of ground is
specially benefitted by said ir)roverent and that such ameunts
are in proportion to the special benefits t1, the property re-
ceived and that the proportion of said costs to be -1;aid by said
City of on account of -1:7-11v.ki:i intersections is the sum
set forth opposite the sar:e therein.
