A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT 308.
wHEREAS, the Commission met on May 31st, 1926, after due
legal notice for the purpose of hearing any objections to the
acceptance of Highway Improvement 308, and
wEEREAS, it is shown by the report of the City }tanager,
which has been duly filed for identifioation, that the said im-
provement in the City of Miami, Florida has been properly and
completely done, and is in conformity to the plans, profiles,
details, drawings and speoifications of the City Manager as a-
dopted by the Commission of the city of Miami for suoh improve-
ment, and being satisfied that said work has been done and com-
pleted in accordance with the profiles, details, drawings and
specifications.
NO" THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TH1 O4,:III66ION aF THE
CITY OF MIAhl: That said work for said improvement be, and the
same is hereby, accepted by the Commission of the City of Miami.
