A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION ORDERING
SANITARY SERER IMPROD. �� , T 209.
WHEREAS, the City Commission, at a meeting held at 3:00
o'clock P. M., May 31st, 1926, after legal notice, heard all
objections presented by interested persons to the confirmation
of the resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 209., an&
the plans, specifications and estimate of oost thereof, and no
objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMA. SSION OF THE Cr TY
OF I:MIAIMI: That Resolution No. 2691, adopted May 17th, 1926,
ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 209 be, and the same is here-
by confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3lst day of May, A. D. 1926.
