A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGRMIENT WITH THE
FLORIDA EAST COAST RAILaWAY C012ANY FOR CROSSING
RIGHT-OF-rtiAY AND TRACK OF SAID RAILWAY COMPANY WITH
ELECTRIC WIRES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
Section 1. That the City of Miami, Florida, a municipal
corporation of the State of Florida, does hereby contract and
agree to enter into an agreement 4th the Florida East Coast
±Ailway Company, a corporation, wherein and whereby, said City
of Miami, is granted the right and privilege to cross the right-
of-way and under the tracks of said Railway Company with electric
wires transmitting two hundred ten volts at Miami, Florida, at
a point located thirty-eight hundred and five feet southerly
from said Railway Company's Mile Post u#365, and according to
the further terms and conditions as set forth in agreement, copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 2. That the City Manager, with the attestation of
the City Clerk be, and hereby are directed to execute said contract
for and on behalf of said City of Miami, Florida.
Section 3. That the resolution shall take effect immediate-
ly upon its passage.
PA6SED AND ADOPTED this 31st day of May, A. D. 1926.

stop signal

Dear Sir: -
Referring to previous correspond-
ence with you relative to 210 volt electric
wire crossing made by the City of Miami at
Ltile Post 365 plus 3805 feet, for the opera-
tion of traffic signals.
Permit has now been executed un-
der date of June 26, 1926 and I cam enclosing
ono fully executed copy of it for the files
of the City.
