A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAVING OF S.W. 6T11
AVENUE FROM 5TH TO 6TH STREETS BY CITY FORCES WITH-
OUT CONTRACT AND CANCELLING ACCRUED INTEREST ON LIENS
AGAINST ALL PROPERTY ABUTTING THE IMPROVEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY 'i= COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
Section 1. That the paving of S.W. 6th Avenue from S.W.
bth to S.W. 6th Streets, in District 5-213, at a cost of
42,389.20 be, end the same is hereby, authorized to be done
by City forces without contract.
Seotion 2. That the Direotor of Finanoe be, and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to cancel all interest aoorued
on assessment liens against property abutting this improvement
and to charge no interest on said assessment liens until the
mark is finally completed.
