ARESOLUTION APPOINTING HAROLD C. COSTELLO ASSISTANT
MUNICIPAL JUDGE IN COCONUT GROVE PRECINCT AND FIXING
HIS SALARY.
BE,IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
Section 1. That Harold C. Costello be, and he is hereby,
appointed Assistant Municipal Judge of the City of Miami, Flori-
da in the Precinct of Coconut Grove, at and during the will of
the City Commission.
Section 2. That the compensation of said Municipal Judge
be, and the same is hereby, fixed at the sum of 41.00 a year.
Section 3. That this appointment shall become effective
upon taking the usual oath of office as described in the City
Charter.
PAS:2D AND ADOPT this 24th day of May, A. D. 1926.
