A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF THE BILL
OF J. L. K7LLEY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IN THE AMOUNT
OF $749.25 FOR WORK IN DISTRICT H-310A.
BE IT R..':,SOLVED BY THE couassioN OF Tiol CITY OF MIALEE:
Section 1. That the bill of J. L. Kelley Conetruotion
Company for ccnstruction of emergency catoh-basins and storm
sewers in Highway Improvement District 310-A in the amount of
749.25 be, and the same is hereby, approved.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance is hereby author-
ized to pay said bill from the funds on hand for the payment of
the cost of work in digway Improvement District 310-A.
