A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENTS 261,
262 AND 263.
WHEREAS, the Commission met on May 24th, 1926, after due
legal notice for the purpose of hearing any ob jeotions to the
aooeptanoe of Highway improvements 261, 262 and 263, and
wHEREAS, it is shown by the report of the City Manager,
which has been duly filed for identification, that the said
improvements in the City of Miami, Florida, have been properly
and oompletely done, and are in conformity to theplans, pro-
files, details, drawings and specifications of the City Manager
as adopted by the Commission of the City of Miami for such im-
provements, and being satisfied that said work has been done
and completed in accordance with the profiles, details, draw-
ings and specifications,
NOW, THE: r'Oi-tE, 1'r EESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF TH3 CITY
OF MIAMI; That said work for said improvements be, and the same
is hereby, accepted by the Commission of the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of May, A. D. 1926.
