A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
PURCHASE FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
CERTAIN PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN FOR THE PURPOSE
OF OPENING AND WIDENING N.E. 3RD AVENUE 41D TO
PAY FOR SAME THE PRICE SET FORTH HEREIN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C0?1iIISSION OF THE CITY OF i IAL1 :
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed
to acquire by purchase, for and on behalf of the City of Miami. to
be used for street purposes in the opening and widening of N. E.
3rd Avenue, the following described properties and pay for same the
sum of 85,000.00, to -wit:
The West Forty (40) feet of Lot Four
(4) of Block Mine (9) of Miramar, according to
the Third Amended Plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 5, Page 4, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida,
And the West Forty (40) of Lot Five (5) of
Block mine (9) of Miramar. according to the
Third Amended Plat thereof recorded in plat
Book 5, at page 4, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of I.;ay, A. D. 1926.
