A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO PURCHASE
FOR AND ON B1RAL1' OF THE CITY OF MIAMI CERTAIN PROPERTY
DESCRIBED HEREIN FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPENING AND WIDENING
N.E. 3RD Avvun AND TO PAY FOR SAME THE PRICE SET ram
HEREIN AND TO ALLOW CERTAIN ATTORNEY' S FEES IN CONNECTION
WITH THE PURCHASE OF SAID PROPERTY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY CIF MIAMI:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorised snit
directed to acquire by purohase, for and on behalf of the City of
lLiami, to be used for street parposes in the opening and widening
of N.E. 3rd Avenue, the following desoribed property and pay for
same the sum of 665,000.00 and to allow in connection therewith
attorney's fees in the amount of $1,000,00:
The East Thirty-five (35) feet of Lot Ten
(10) , Block Two (2) of Eaoottonia Park, ac-
cording to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 4, Page 130, of the Publio Reoords of
Dade County, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of May, A. D. 1926.
