A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THIS CITY MANAGER TO PUB-
OHASE THE PROPERTIES HEREIN DESCRIBED FOB THE PUR-
POSE OF OPENING N.W. 15TH .AVENUE, BETWEEN 29TH AND
31ST STREETS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMM.ISSiON OF THE CITY OP MIAMI:
Section 1. That the offer of Edwin B. Webb and ?. G. Bailey
to sell to the City Lot 14, Blook 2 of Glenndale for the Mum of
$2500.00; the offer of Willis W. Hall to sell to the City the
West one-half of Lot 14, Blook 1 of (ale nndale for the sum of
$1250.00; the offer of Thomas Taylor to sell to the City the East
25 feet of Lot 13, Block 1 of Glendale for the sum of $1,000.00
be, and the same are hereby, aooepted.
Seotion 2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to
purchase said properties for the opening of N.7. 15th Avenue, be-
tween 29th and 31st Streets.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of 'lay, A. D. 1926.
