A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PUBLICATION OF
NOTICE FOR OBJECTIONS TO HIG1IWY Marfa=
308.
*HEREAS, the City Manager has reported that Morgan -Hill
Paving Company have completed the improvements in Highway Dis-
trict 308 in accordance with the plans and specifications for
said improvements, and
SFAS, the City Charter requires the publication of a
notice for objections of persons interested in and affected by
said improvements as to the acceptance thereof by the Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF M AMIE :
That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed to published notice in a newspaper published in the City
of Miami that at a meeting of the City Commission to be held on
May 31st, 1926, the Commission will hear any objections of persons
interested in or affected by the improvement as to the acceptance
by the Commission.
PASSED AID ADOPTED this 17th day of May, A. D. 1926.
