A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY VANAGJER TO PURt
CHASE, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF MTAUT, CTR=
TAIN PROPERTIES DESCRIBED HEREIN AND TO PAY FOR SAME
TUR PRICES SET FORTH AID TO ALLOW CERTAIN ATTORNEY' S
FEES IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF SAID PROrAIRTIES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMTSSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed
to acquire by purchase, for and on behalf of the City of Miami,' to be used
for street purposes in the opening and widening of R.E. 3rd. Avenue, the
following described properties and pay for same (IA the amount set opposite
the respective descriptions and to allow in connection therewith attorneyts
fees in the amounts set forth, to -wit:
Description of Property Price Attyc:s Fees
(a). Lot Eleven (11) of NELSON VILLA, a $65,000.00
subdivision of the City of Miami,
Florida, according to the plat there-
of recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 81,
of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
(b). Lot Twenty-eight (28) of BISCAYNE 45,000.00
PARR, a subdivision of the City of
Miami, Florida, according to the plat
thereof recorded in plat Book 2, Page
24, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
(c). A part of Lot 15 of Block 4 of Rice w 6,500.00
Sullivan's Subdivision, an addi-
tion to the City of Miami, Florida,
according to the plat thereof record-
ed in Plat Book 4, Page 64, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Flori-
da, which part is more particularly
described as follows: BEGITTITING at
the southeast corner of Lot 15 afore-
said as a point or place of beginning,
running thence west along the south line
of said lot a distance of 17.64 feet to
a point, running thence northeasterly a
distance of 166.61'i feet, more or less,
to a point on the north line of said lot,
which point is 6.81 feet west of the north-
east corner thereof, running thence east
on the north line of said lot, a distance
of 6/.81 feet to the northeast corner there-
of, running thence south, a distance of
165.90 feet, more or less, to the point
or place of beginning.
(d). Lot :Tine (9) of Block Three (3) of 65,000.00
Pershing Court, an addition to the
City of Miami, Dade County, Florida,
according to a plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 4, Page 147, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
(e). Block "C" of MIRAMAR, according to the 55,000.00
Third Amended Plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 5, Page 4, of Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
