RESOLUTION NO. 2707.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CERTAIN CHANGES
IN SANITARY SEWER LATERALS ON CERTAIN STREETS
BEING PAVED UNDER CITY CONTRACTS PV-69 T0 PT-
75, INCLUSIVE, AND PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT
OF THE COST THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports the necessity of
lowering and extending the existing sanitary sewer laterals
to the property line of certain streets being paved under City
paving contracts 69 to 75, inclusive, where the new pavement
will be wider than the existing roadway, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the Commission that the
total cost of such changes and extensions shall be paid by the
City and no part of such cost assessed against the abutting
property owners.

CITY OF MI MI :
Section 1. That the necessary changes in the existing
sanitary sewer laterals on streets being paved. under City paving
contracts 69 to 75, inclusive, where the new pavement will be
wider than the existing roadway, be, and the same are hereby,
authorized done by City forces without contract at a cost of
:; 15, 000.00.
Section 2. That the sum of �,�15,000.00 be, and the same is
hereby, appropriated from the City's share of sanitary sewer funds
for the payment of the cost of the work.
