A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE. OLUTION
ORDERING HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT 313B.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at
3:00 o•olock P. IL, May 17th, 1926, after legal notice,
heard all objections presented by interested persons to
the confirmation of the resolution ordering Highway Im-
provement 313B, and the plans, specifications and esti-
mate of coat thereof, and no objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Cam-33I0N
OF THE CITY OF IIA T: That Resolution No. 2646, adopted
April 26th, 1926, ordering Highway Improvement 313B be,
and the same is hereby, confirmed.
