A RESOLUTION =FIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDMING HIGHWAY DAPROVIZENT 31311.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at
3:00 o'clock P. IL, May 17th, 1926, after legal notice,
heardall objections presented by interested persons to
the confirmation of the resolution ordering Highway Im-
provement 313A, and the plans, specifications and esti-
mate of cost thereof, and no objection. was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COmiTSSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2645, adopted
April 26th, 1926, ordering Highway Improvement 313A be,
and the same is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of May, A. D. 1926.
