A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE PRELIMINARY AMESSMENT
ROLLS FOR HIGHWAY IMPR0VMENT3 250, 253A, 266 & 260.
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, met on
the 17th day of May, 1926, pursuant to due legal notice of said. Meet-
ing under Section 56, City Charter, to heqr all written objections to
the confirmation of the preliminary assessment rolls for the cost of
work in Highway Improvement Districts 250, E53A, 255 and 260, and
re
'PAS, no objection thereto was sustained, and the said assess
ment rolls appearing in all respects regular and in accordance with
the requirements and provisions of the City Charter,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOHMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI:
1. That the prima facie assessments, as apportioned and indicated
in said preliminary assessment rolls be, and they are hereby, in all
thing, confirmed and sustained against any and all lots pr parcels
of ground desoribed therein.
2. That the sums and amounts assessed. against each of the lots
or parcels of ground in said preliminary assessment rolls are lees
than the amount that each of said lots or parcels of ground is
specially benefitted by said improvement and that such amounts are
in proportion to the special benefits that the property received and
that the proportion of said costs to be paid by the said City of
1iiami on account of Highway Intersections is the sum set forth
opposite the same therein.
3. That the total cost of the said improvements in the sums of
.40,676.58 for Improvement 11-250,
.18,906.96 for Improvement 11-253A,
..444,0E5.68 for improvement 11-255,
.) 9,400.55 for Improvement 11-260,
be, and the same are hereby, approved and confirmed.
