A RESOLUTION AUTRORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF
A SYSTEM OF WALKS IN BAY FRONT PARK, ACCEPT-
ING THE BID OF T. B. maomur MIND COMPANY
FOR THE Nam AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXEULTS A. CONTRACT FOR SAKE AND PROVIDING
FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE COST.
BE IT RESOLVM BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY or MIAMI:
Section 1. That the construction of a system of oiled
maaadamwalks in pay Front Park at a cost of 16,000400 be,
and the sane is hereby authorized.
Section 2. That the bici of T. B. MCGahey Paving Company
of 11.00 per lineal foot for the conatruation of said walks
according to plans and speaifications be, and the same is
hereby, accepted.
Section 3. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to execute, for and on behalf of the
City of Miami, contract with T. B. McGahey Paving Company
for the construction of said walks.
Section 4. That the sum of 05,000.00 be, and the same
is hereby, appropriated from Bond. Fund. B-39 for the payment
of the cost.
PAD AND ADOPTED this 17th day of May, A. D. 1926.
