BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COWMTSSIOU OF THE CITY OP MTMJT: Section 1. That. the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Miami, a contract of employment with Erdell Mutehler for band concerts to cover of a period of sixteen (16) weeks, giving three concerts a week at a total cost of $11,520. Section 2. That the sum of 311,520. be, and the same id hereby, appropriated from the Publicity Fund for the purpose of employing the said Mutchler*s Band..
