A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, A QUIT -CLAIM DEED TO STEWART,
HOLLO,PETER AND MoCUNE TO THE PROPig(TY
DESCRIBED titicEIN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION ar THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorised
and directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City of
Miami, quit-olaim deed to Stewart, Hollopeter and McCune
to the following described property, to -wit:
South Ten (10) Feet of Lot Thirteen
(13), Block Sixty-seven (67) North,
of the official map of the City of
Miami, Florida, as recorded in the
Pnblio Records of Dade Count;, Florida,
and to deliver such quit -claim deed upon receipt of a deed
from said Stewart, Hollopeter and MoCune to the same property
hereinabove described with the reservation therein to arcade
over the sidewalk on the property conveyed to the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of May, A. D. 1926.
